The meaning behind the number:
- #5: Aged 3 years in 15-gal oak barrels (4 total barrels)
- #6: Aged 2 yrs. 8 months in 53-gal oak barrels
- #7: Aged 4 years in 53 gal barrels (2 total barrels)
- #8: Aged 3.5 years in a 53 gal charred oak barrel, this batch has a rich & smooth finish.
- #9: Aged 3.5 years in a 10 gal charred oak barrel the smaller batch has created a dark charred oak finish.
- #10: Aged 4 year, 53 gal charred oak barrel, has a good barrel flavor
